How to make garlic bread from scratch

Who all doesn’t love garlic bread from dominoes, from the most buzzing pizza outlet. Ever wondered how do they make it. Don’t worry pals. Here is the perfect recipe of how to make garlic bread from scratch. Now no more waiting in line for that perfect aroma of garlic bread which you get in the outlets. All you can invite your friends for home made breads of garlic.


  • All purpose flour : 1 kg
  • Fresh Yeast : 50 gm
  • Oil : 60 ml
  • Salt : 20 gm
  • Water : 600 ml
  • Bread improver : 1.5 gm
  • calcium powder : 5 gm
  • sugar : 30 gm
  • garlic : 50 gm
  • mix herbs : 10 gms

Recipe :

  • Take all the ingredients as per the measurement mentioned above otherwise you will fall in a mess and i will be credited for the ditch you have fallen in.

  • So take all the ingredients as per the measurements.
  • Mix water, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Give it a nice mix.
  • Take all purpose flour, bread improver and calcium powder in another bowl.
  • Add oil in the flour. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • If you eat egg you can at this point.
  • You can use hand mixer of you can give it a nice knead with your hands.
  • Knead till there are no lumps left.
  • Dust the flour and cover it with wet cloth for 10 mins.
  • Add mashed garlic in the dough.
  • Add mix herbs in the mixture and flatten the dough by pressing it.
  • Now again give the dough a roll so that the herbs are mixed well.
  • Cut the roll into pieces.
  • Take garlic loaf and roll it like a chapatis.
  • Grease half of the portion with bitter and garlic.
  • Give light cuts after folding it.

  • Put it in the tray and prove it for 45 mins
  • Bake for 20 mins at 220 degree C.
