Love truffle chocolates. Here is the most easy and preferred way to make Truffle Chocolates
COOKING CREAM – 80 GM (FRESH AMUL CREAM)
CASTOR SUGAR – 8 GM
MILK CHOCOLATE – 180 GM
Melt the cooking cream till it bubbles or add castor sugar and small pieces of chocolate and melt it in microwave.
After melting the cream and sugar whisk it so that both of the things mix it well. Next step is to leave it for 10 mins
After that you need to mix it again. when the mixture is of smooth consistency it is vital to refrigerate for 2 hour so that the mixture sets well.
You can add dry fruits, rice crisp, butter scotch if you love or else not.
you can also add sauce, cocoa powder, sprinklers, coconut shred, etc.
Take the mixture off from the refrigerator and roll it into the desired shape.
If you are taking milk chocolate or white chocolate do not add castor sugar.
Castor sugar only goes in dark chocolate
After refrigerating add roasted oats, etc for better results.
